EXL Service Engagement Manager interview questions

The process included applying for the job through referral. The recruiter called and had no clue of the Job description. A week later, a recruiter called to set up first round. The first round consisted of a case study, which I thought was a surprise since no one talked about it. Went through the interview and then was ghosted by the recruiter. Followed up but got no response.
