First was the aptitude test. Then was the shortlisting and then came the interviews. Interview included cases and puzzles for the evaluation. And then basic HR questions like why EXL and why analytics??

They had two process, after telephonic discussion with HR. One virtual technical then another with VP face to face. They typically asked about BA, scrum, project handling, and your role
Online Assessment followed by two rounds of interview. One technical and second is managerial round. The interview was for 45min each. Both rounds were on the same day. It was based on sql, puzzle, reasoning, technical, project discussion.
