Round 1: Aptitude test conducted by Cocube.com
Round 2: Questions related to resume. Few puzzles, guesstimates and engineering projects.
Round 3: Basic HR questions. More puzzles. One case was given to solve.

Why EXL? Why consulting? Why not Mechanical engineering? One thing about yourself other than your resume.
Future plans? Why not MBA?
Numerical puzzles. Candle puzzles. No of ping pong ball you can fit in a Boeing 786. No of red cars in Bhopal.
Case increasing profitability of a company.

They had two process, after telephonic discussion with HR. One virtual technical then another with VP face to face. They typically asked about BA, scrum, project handling, and your role
Online Assessment followed by two rounds of interview. One technical and second is managerial round. The interview was for 45min each. Both rounds were on the same day. It was based on sql, puzzle, reasoning, technical, project discussion.
