Interview
Multiple rounds , HR screening , initial round by HR, operation round, leadership rounds. It was very quick i didn't have to wait for long switching to next round. All the interviewer were very kind and professional.

Quite easy called by some third party, interview scheduled after 1-2 days,Interviewer was very nice and humble. Cooperative and understanding, after a day of interview got an email of documentation from the organisation

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at EXL Service in Dec 2022
Interview
I appeared in three rounds : --> Technical Round 1 --> Technical Round 2 --> AVP Round Initially they told I have cleared the rounds but later on they said salary fitment is not possible. This is really weird . They should not conduct the interviews in the first place if they have to give this reply as salary expectations are already shared initially.

Interview
There were 3 rounds 1 and 2 being the technical one. Third round be managerial. The question was more theoretical but they expect a practical answer. The team(managerial level )inside are from IIMs and IITs.
