It was not clear for the beginning, such that it took more than 8 hours of my time. They eventually ghosted me. That said, the people that work at EXL are relented and so much learning can be taken from this marathon of interviews (almost 5 different persons interviewed me )

Several behavioral questions to assess if you are good fit for a consultancy project or to be an outsource resource for a firm
Moderate interview process with theory based and practical based, you will have to show on screen and client rounds are there
And they can take Upto 7 rounds of interview
They had two process, after telephonic discussion with HR. One virtual technical then another with VP face to face. They typically asked about BA, scrum, project handling, and your role
Online Assessment followed by two rounds of interview. One technical and second is managerial round. The interview was for 45min each. Both rounds were on the same day. It was based on sql, puzzle, reasoning, technical, project discussion.
