"I had a disappointing and unprofessional experience interviewing with EXL. After going through multiple interview rounds, they assured me that an offer was in the works and that they were simply finalizing the budget for the role. However, they continually pushed back the timeline for when I’d hear back, leaving me in limbo. Finally, after a week of silence, they informed me that they had decided to go with another candidate.
This experience was frustrating, to say the least. It felt like a complete waste of time, and the lack of transparency and respect for my time and effort left a negative impression. I would caution others to be wary of their process and communication.
Never give interview there are lot of cases where they ask to resign and don’t give offer letter and ghost candidates. It’s a fraud company. Interview process is very bad as well interviewer are not that knowledgable
1st round with Manager : Most of the questions on current project, SQL - Window Function, Python -Stacks.
2nd round with Senior Manager - SQL - Window Functions(optimal code), Python(basics)-Optimal and Secanrio based question.
