It’s a three‑stage interview process: first with HR, then the hiring manager, and finally the partnering team leaders. HR was pleasant and focused on a high‑level overview of the role, expectations, and my previous experience. The hiring manager centered the conversation on reporting—specifically my experience building reports and working with data. The partnering team leaders were warm and personable, and their questions seemed geared toward understanding whether my personality and working style would align well with theirs

Can you walk me through your experience creating analytical reports—what tools you’ve used, what metrics you’ve focused on, and how you ensure accuracy?
Tell me about yourself, Gaussian distribution calculations, confidence intervals. Then they spoke about the company what businesses it is currently involved in. It was a very short interview.
There were some basic HR quesitons regarding your strengths, weaknesses etc.
