EXL Service Reporting Analyst interview questions

Interview process was in 2 stages. One is technical one and other is interview with manager. Whole process took 1 week and it was amazing experience for me. I got job offer and I accepted it and now working in EXL.

Interview was nice. I answered many of the guess estimation questions like how many fishes will be there in the pond of 100 meter radius. how much water is consumed by my college in a day and many more. there were some SQL questions as well. where they asked JOINTS and UNION and various other properties of SQL. Other Question were Logical Reasoning related.
