The feedback after first round interview was prompt. But had to wait two months for results of the final round. Understandable with graduate programs but still would have been better if there was more communication in between

Interview online with partner over Microsoft teams. Consisted of giving a presentation about a given topic, strengths based questions read off a script and a general chat with a chance for questions

Process consisted of several stages I cluded numerical, verbal and situation reasoning. Then it progresses to a video interview. Followed by assessment centre and then a final partner interview. The process lasted about 2 months in total
