I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at EY in Dec 2021
Interview
It was an intense 4 round interview process with a lot more focus on technical skills and interpersonal skills in a case study format. Multiple case studies are dealt with in any given interview.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Give me an estimate number of television sets sold in India in one year?
The questions are specific to CV and I prepared for almost every question. Good experience!! who you are, why you’re a fit for the job, and what you’re good at. You may not be asked exactly these questions in exactly these words, but if you have answers in mind for them, you’ll be prepared for just about anything the interviewer throws your way.
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at EY (London, England) in Jan 2021

These are the main steps of an interview: 1. Screening 2.First interview 3.Second interview 4.Third interview 5.The decision
The job market is always competitive when looking for good people. Companies need to realise that they're selling themselves as much as candidates are. It's important to treat people well during the interview process.
Your interview process reflects the value your company places on each candidate and, by extension, each employee. Be a good ambassador for your company by conducting a professional interview, communicating honestly, and basing hiring decisions on an honest evaluation of each candidate's capabilities. Not only will you make great hires, but you'll build goodwill and enhance your future recruiting efforts.
