Interview
Two back to back behavioral interviews, one with a manager and one with a director. Know how to answer stuff like AI usage, working with unclear instructions, facing conflict, how you network with other, experiences with leadership, etc. Answer questions in STAR format and have questions to ask the interviewers.

The process was long, but you have an HR member guiding you throughout the interviews. Most of the questions are non technical .

Interview
Two back-to-back 30-minute interviews, very friendly, all behavioral questions. Interviewers were very reassuring and gave you time to think about the questions. Took >1 month to get back to me but answered questions along the way.
