good, i just had one interview. the interviewer was friendly, and it was not too high pressure. he asked me basic questions about myself and why i wanted to work there.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at EY (Toronto, ON) in Apr 2013
Interview
The HR person was very good at selling me the position. At first she e-mailed me to do a phone screen and asked me about my goals and experiences. A week later I was scheduled to do an in-person interview with the hiring manager. The hiring manager was a little strange and did not show any sort of enthusiasm. I had no idea how it went. A few weeks later I received an email saying I did not get the job. I suspect it was because I was not an attractive white, blonde woman because that's who ended up getting the job.

Question 1
We expect a person to stay in this role for at least 2 years – what are your thoughts on this?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at EY (Los Angeles, CA) in May 2011
Interview
The initial interview was quick and to the point, which I appreciate and prefer. Expected skill levels & job expectations were covered as well as growth within the company. I was over-qualified for the job opening so the interview was really short and sweet. It's a great company.
