The process took 2 weeks, There were 3 rounds and the candidate was selected on basis of his/her performance in all the 3 rounds.
1)Aptitude
2)HR Interview
3)Technical Interview
My best advice would be to be thorough with your resume and projects as the technical round is mostly based on these aspects of the individual.
