I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at EY (Sydney) in May 2019
Interview
Submitted an application for the EA Trainee program via the EY website. Received a call approximately a week later which was an impromptu phone interview. Approximately a week after that I was booked in for 2 half hour, face to face interviews at the Sydney office. Beautiful office, everyone I dealt with was extremely professional and friendly. I was asked the most questions of any other interview I've ever attended with lots of specific examples requested. It was challenging but in an enjoyable way.
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
Provide 3 words to describe yourself and 3 words someone else would use to describe you.
Provide a specific example where you were able, or unable, to complete an important task, How did you handle the situation and how did it make you feel?
Never called back only wasted my time and effort. I believe all companies should send their thoughts about the interviews and mention if passed or not. That’s all so far.
Good
The Executive Assistant interview process at EA typically involves an initial phone screen, followed by behavioral interviews (assessment), and final interviews with executives to assess fit and and and and professionalism.
