Interview
I got an email from a campus recruiter, did a virtual interview, then I went into the office and did an interview.
The in person interview started off by analyzing a case and then reviewing and answering questions about it.
Then I had a situational interview and went to lunch with someone on the staff.

They asked me where I could make improvements for the company in the case? Where there were potential threats to their security? Where operations could be made more efficient.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at EY (Milan)

Processo di selezione molto rapido, ho svolto colloquio HR e tecnico nel giro di un paio di giorni, entrambi online. Persone molto disponibili e domande piuttosto semplici, senza richiedere competenze specifiche.

Basic interview questions . Deeply studying your behavioural patterns. All non technical questions based on your projects and learning experiences . The interviewer will try to study you . They would generally make you feel like you are answering well until you get rejected .

Interview
First they will send an email for an intial interview, very chill and only through the phone with a member of the HR team. Next would be the final interview with an HR member and the department manager.
