Simple, friendly interviewer. ~15 minutes of behavioural, ~30 minute case. They asked 4 pointed questions about the different steps of a systems migration to an updated platform. Case included targeting which department to begin the migration with based on data on each department, what bug to tackle first based on severity and priority, and change management strategies.

Question 1
What is the worst grade on your transcript and explain the course.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at EY (New York, NY) in Feb 2021
Interview
The interview process was very straight forward process. First, you are scheduled to complete a pre recorded series of questions, ~5, in which you have 3 minutes to answer with 2 attempts. If the process continues you are scheduled to complete a series of 3 interviews over video-chat(todays world), with 3 different people. 2 will ask you behavioral questions, and 1 will be a case study. Practice casing with a friend, I personally watched other people consult from top companies on youtube for 4 hours on 2x speed(youll find some that show you what it is like, just watch like 50 of those).

Question 1
When was a time you had a conflict in a team and what did you do to solve it?
It was not too difficult, many different questions about my background and the role and there was also a case portion of the interview. The questions were relatively straightforward and based on my resume.
Behavioral and then case interview. All remote. Very casual. Might have just got lucky with the people who were interviewing me. Make sure to have good, specific questions to ask.
