It was fairly simple. 2 rounds. 1st HR screen call which
was general questions about resume and interest. 2nd was interview day, which had 2 back to back 30 minutes virtual interview with senior team member and senior manager, asked behavioral questions and questions, resume walk through. Decision was made next day.

pretty much simple. anyone can crack it if they know what they are saying. you should be confident. ALSO should have knowlege of 1-2 industries - especially of that industry where the team works in.
Multi-stage interview process with EY Corporate Finance, including HR screening, technical case interviews, and fit discussions. Process was professional and structured, with a strong focus on financial analysis, commercial thinking, and communication skills.
