Interview
The interview with the managers was very pleasant but the recruitment process was not. I received an email telling me I will be receiving an offer but in the end I waited two weeks to actually get the offer even though I asked for it multiple times. In the end I decided to decline the offer due to multiple reasons; recruitment process, salary, relocation etc.

Two steps, starting with a written test, continuing to a case presentation interview. The interview mainly discussed the case, followed by questions closer to a behavioral interview. The interview required quick thinking and insight gathering due to short time allowed for case preparation.
The process was relatively straightforward and moved quickly (total time was less than 2 weeks). It consisted of:
(1) Online application - submitting CV, cover letter etc. via the career portal
(2) Online assessment - takes about 1 hour, some quantitative questions, questions about behaviours etc.
(3) Phone call with recruiter
(4) In-person interview - less "formal", more conversational
