Interview
First a short test about numerical, logical and language skills, than interview with HR and then with hiring manager from department. Overall, the process took aprrox. 2 months, with 2 weeks break in between the call with HR and the hiring manager from department.

Why EY? How would you describe yourself? Why do you want to work in this department?
Not bad it was like 3 rounds and it wasn’t very technical there was one case interview and all the interview people were really nice and flexible it was a good interview
round one- with a Senior or a Manager. This involves deep dives into your CV, a technical check on sustainability concepts, and a conversational fit assessment.

The interviewer was friendly and easy to talk to
Had to prepare a presentation on myself and what industry in Nigeria I think would most benefit from a tech revolution. Then, answered follow-up questions on both the personal and market research portions.
