Interview
It was a telephonic interview. Had two rounds. The first was with the team leader, who asked general questions relating to education and personal interests. The second interview was a technical one. It was quite a smooth one and questions were from the basics of financial accounting.
Not bad it was like 3 rounds and it wasn’t very technical there was one case interview and all the interview people were really nice and flexible it was a good interview
round one- with a Senior or a Manager. This involves deep dives into your CV, a technical check on sustainability concepts, and a conversational fit assessment.

Had to prepare a presentation on myself and what industry in Nigeria I think would most benefit from a tech revolution. Then, answered follow-up questions on both the personal and market research portions.
