it was first an on-campus interview at my school where it was 1 on 1 with a manager. more behavioral than anything. then was called in about two weeks later for an on-site interview with a senior manager and a partner. was notified about two weeks after that
Not bad it was like 3 rounds and it wasn’t very technical there was one case interview and all the interview people were really nice and flexible it was a good interview
round one- with a Senior or a Manager. This involves deep dives into your CV, a technical check on sustainability concepts, and a conversational fit assessment.

Had to prepare a presentation on myself and what industry in Nigeria I think would most benefit from a tech revolution. Then, answered follow-up questions on both the personal and market research portions.
