I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at EY (Dublin, Dublin) in Feb 2015
Interview
Entering your CV onto their online portal, along with completing their questions there, took some time, as with all applications. However, once your application was processed, it moved quite quickly. I had a one on one interview with someone I had met previously at an EY function set up by university. It was quite informal and they seemed to have almost made their decision beforehand. This seems to be the case in general, as I know several people who couldn't make it to a one on one session and interviewed successfully over the phone.
Not bad it was like 3 rounds and it wasn’t very technical there was one case interview and all the interview people were really nice and flexible it was a good interview
round one- with a Senior or a Manager. This involves deep dives into your CV, a technical check on sustainability concepts, and a conversational fit assessment.
behavioural questions
The interviewer was friendly and easy to talk to
Had to prepare a presentation on myself and what industry in Nigeria I think would most benefit from a tech revolution. Then, answered follow-up questions on both the personal and market research portions.
