Referral: Candidates are recommended by current employees or professional contacts.
HR Connects: Human Resources reaches out to referred candidates for initial screening and information sharing.
Technical Interview: Candidates undergo a technical interview conducted by two senior managers to assess their skills and suitability.
At EY, the interview usually starts with HR, then meet the manager, followed by technical or case interviews, and sometimes a partner interview. They’re mainly looking at skills, problem-solving, and fit.
