Had 3 back-to-back interviews with people from my department on Zoom. Overall a very smooth experience, the interviewers were very kind and welcoming. They're interested in knowing more about you personally instead of your qualifications.

Tell me about a time you faced a challenge and what did you do?
The interview was relatively straight forward and focused on my ability to articulate my skills and experiences as in my CV, aligning my expectations with theirs, and answering my questions on the company culture, job scope etc.
The interview process was lengthy. I completed online assessments before a final video interview, and I went in blind, with no idea what questions might come up. I'd recommend preparing example questions beforehand for the digital interview.
