The recruitment process consisted of three stages.
Stage 1: Recording four short video answers to randomly assigned questions.
Stage 2: A one-hour interview with the hiring manager. We discussed my professional experience, the role’s responsibilities, and expectations. The manager asked competency-based questions, and I also had the opportunity to ask about the team and development opportunities.
Stage 3: An on-site practical test in Microsoft Excel to assess technical skills, including formulas, data analysis, and working with tables.
