EarnIn interview questions

A recruiter initially reached out to schedule a quick call, but they ended up delaying it twice. When we finally had the opportunity to discuss the role and my experience, the recruiter mentioned that a first-round interview would be scheduled within a few days. I have been following up with the recruiter since that conversation with absolutely no response. While I cannot speak for the company itself, the recruiting team really needs to reconsider their approach and attitude toward candidates. A simple update or rejection email is sufficient so candidates aren't left in the dark, following up repeatedly. I have seen multiple similar reviews about this company across various platforms. Overall, a really bad experience.
