EarnIn Senior Software Engineer interview questions

I interviewed in May-June for Senior Software Engineer role. Interview process is pretty standard. Phone screen followed by four 1 hour interviews for onsite round. I cleared phone screen, but failed to get an offer after the onsite round. Good part - Interviewers seemed like very friendly during the interview. Bad part - There was no initial phone call prior to the phone screen. I had to email several times to get my onsite scheduled. After the onsite, had to email 4-5 times to finally get a standard templated rejection response after nearly 3 weeks, which did not include any specific reasons or feedback. I would think twice working for a company that lacks basic communication standards and ignores candidates. There were some Coderpad issues during coding onsite interviews. However, interviewers did not create a new coderpad link. This may have affected overall outcome. As a startup, they lack standardized processes which was apparent from the lack of interviewing skills and experience clearly visible in last 2 onsite interviews.
