Interview
First I was offered an on campus interview. They read off 10 questions and you had to answer each one. Very quick and straightforward behavioral type questions. They want to know how you think through situations and come up with solutions. Then was invited to a on site interview. Here there is a 1 on 1 interview and a panel interview with 3 people. Interviewers all very nice

Friendly interviewer, asked me typical interview questions for team and alignment. Then, there was a dinner with other people who were also interviewing to work there. They seemed to care about me as a person.

Good interview process where the interviewers were willing to get to know you as a candidate to see if you would provide value to the company. They also allow you to get to know the company during the interview and are very candid about their experiences.

Question 1
When was a time you encountered adversity and how did you overcome it?
The interview was pretty casual. The interviewer did not smile a lot which made me a bit nervous. It was brief, only about 20 minutes or less. It was similiar to other interviews at the fair I attended.
