Eastman flew me out to the plant location. The night before the interview two employees took me out to eat at a local restaurant to introduce me the area and to socialize. It was a very informal setting. The morning of the interview two different employees doing the same kind of job I was interview for took me to breakfast. It was an informal social event again and they helped answer any of me questions. The day of the interview I was introduced in a group setting to all the managers/superviors in the plant in a more formal setting. The scope of each person's job was discussed as well as some of the core values of Eastman and some more site specific details. The remainder of the morning consisted of three different one-on-one interviews assessing things such as technical skills, fit with the company culture, communication skills. After the interviews, I was taken to an informal lunch before driving to the airport to leave.
