I have attended interview with EastMan. The first round is a technical round and as general what I expected is there will be a lot of questions from different technologies and I prepared for them. But when I started my interview the process is completely different. I didn't feel it like an interview, It just like a discussion between us. They start knowing about me how I am capable of doing some work what are the technologies I know and how much I am confident on some technologies, some problem solving skills etc., they have interviewed me for 1 hr and I even didn't think that much of time is passed with our discussion. That is what a perfect interview which explores about a person more. The second round it self is a manager round and there also I feel more comfortable with the manager. The third one is with the US team even that too in the same manner. In all those 3 round of my interview I never feel it like an interview it ia done just like a discussion between us.
