Eaton Engineer Manager interview questions

This was my second interview via phone. The interview questions were more general fishing questions. I have interviewed hundreds of people throughout my career. This was clearly one of the worst run phone interviews I have ever experienced. At one point of the interview while I was answering a question there was silence on the other end. I had been put on mute. "hello, hello, hello,... pause". Finally the manager got back on the line and started asking the same questions again. It was clear that I was interrupted by something else more important in the office. After I asked a few questions in regards to the position and the facility in general I clearly knew this was not a good job fit for me. I can only hope that this small facility still upholds the larger organizational code of ethics that I have grown to know for many years.
