Approached their booth at a career fair for the Society of Women Engineers annual conference and talked with one of their recruiters. I gave him my resume and immediately set up an interview for an hour later in a curtained-off area at the career fair. It was a one-on-one interview with a woman and she asked three behavioral questions.
