Eaton Mechanical Engineer interview questions

The process was mainly behavior, asking situational questions, and what my actions would be. Some questions involved my weaknesses and strengths, what I would do in these situations, etc. Then the interview talked about what this job entails, and what my day-to-day job would be like.

They will fly you out to one of their larger hubs. They will provide food, airfare, hotel and driving accommodations. There will be at least two interviewers asking you a variety of behavioral based questions.
