Interview
There were three rounds of interviews. Once I passed the first interview, I got two more automatically. They were personality interviews, no technical questions given. I met with three different managers and they all asked similar questions about innovation, leadership, team working, and time management. Each interview was 30 minutes long.

Initial interview after career fair on campus; heavily behavioral oriented. Then came a series of 3 skype interviews. No technical questions or case studies. Asked some basic interview questions; be prepared for strength/weakness, most difficult engineering problem you've faced, etc.

Interview
Video calls with 2 plant managers across North America. Scheduled about 2 weeks apart. Lasted about 45 min each. Interviewers would take notes and read off scripted questions during video call.
