Two interviews, each one with very friendly people. Each interview was very typical with normal questions being asked, nothing out of the ordinary. First with recruiter, then second with regional manager.

Virtual interview through Microsoft teams with Ecolab engineering employees. Second virtual interview with regional manager. The interview process felt very natural, as through having a conversation. Standard interview questions are also asked. My interviewer was able to answer all my questions. The overall process was enjoyable!
