they had given different job description but interview was based on some other questions. It did not go well. Interviewr was very rude to me . My interview time was 8 am and the interview took place at 11 : 30 am .
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Ecolab in Dec 2018
Interview
Applied online in early December, received a WebEx invite for a phone interview. Interviewer never called in, but later that day apologized for missing and asked to reschedule. Rescheduled at a time I stated I was not available (I currently have a different job), but I made it work. Then during the rescheduled phone interview, their first two questions were about my current salary and salary expectations. Then did not contact me again for almost three months despite me calling/emailing the recruiter once every few weeks. Terrible way to treat potential employees.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Ecolab (Minneapolis, MN) in Sep 2016
Interview
I met them at UMN Twin Cities career fair. They emailed a couple days later for an on campus interview. Not sure if there were subsequent interviews; I did not receive an invitation for one.
