The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Edelman in Mar 2009
Interview
The process went smoothly. I received an email inviting me in for a 1:1 interview which struck me as odd (though I figure they happened to have an opening in their schedule to make it work). The interview lasted about thirty minutes and focused primarily on my previous work history along with generic "tell me about a time when..." style questions.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
During a moment of down time you get recruited into another department that is busy to help out with the workload. Not being familiar with their projects or processes or even sure what your role is to be exactly, what do you to to fit in and contribute?
Fairly extensive process, you speak with HR, then you speak with at least three if not four or even five people in a series of three-ish interviews. For scheduling, they're pretty quick but you're at the mercy of the interviewers' schedules.

Question 1
They asked about my experience in past roles and about organization and writing skills.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Edelman (New York, NY) in Jun 2024
Interview
went all the way through to final round, was pretty confident i got the job, then told me i didnt after not hearing for three weeks. interview process took around a month and a half
Interview process was four 30-minute back to back interviews. Nothing too crazy, the interviewers were very nice. Then there was a writing test which is very standard for the process.
