Interview
Interview process was one interview with 2 members of the Consumer team. It was a relatively short and informal interview, asking questions about general background, experience and why you want to work for the firm.
I didn't get the position in the end, but I also found the team were very slow to get back to me and I was waiting for a few weeks before I heard anything (after following up).

Friendly interviewers and the team seems passionate about what they do. They would discuss the writing assignment to understand more about you and your thought process. The stages took about 2-3 weeks.
