Interview
Two interviews with two people in each. Both focussed on experience rather than competencies though there were some questions about management style, analysis etc. Was fairly laid back and there was someone at the level of the job I was applying for in each interview as well as more senior people.
I got a phone interview with HR and an online interview with 2 hiring managers. The questions were pretty straightforward, we talked about my experience in managing clients and projects.

Describe one time you manage a project from start to finish
Appreciated tests done. 3 rounds of interviews with different team members. Tests was written and situational. Easy and good communications with the interviewers. HR team was clear on steps. Probably appreciated meeting in person.

First stage was a phone call with HR where they asked me to walk them through my resume. After that they assigned a technical task. Then they didn't respond to my follow ups and ghosted
