Application before initial contact with the HR Team via a phone call. HR ran through the process, before setting up an initial interview with 2 team members. After the first interview, a timed writing test was provided before they arranged a second interview. Process moved quickly after 2nd interview, with an offer coming through within days and almost immediate start.

Why are you interested in Edelman compared with other agencies?
Fairly extensive process, you speak with HR, then you speak with at least three if not four or even five people in a series of three-ish interviews. For scheduling, they're pretty quick but you're at the mercy of the interviewers' schedules.

went all the way through to final round, was pretty confident i got the job, then told me i didnt after not hearing for three weeks. interview process took around a month and a half
Interview process was four 30-minute back to back interviews. Nothing too crazy, the interviewers were very nice. Then there was a writing test which is very standard for the process.
