The interview process at Edifecs is lengthy, spanning over a month and a half with multiple rounds. Scheduling was problematic; my interview had to be rescheduled due to the hiring manager's conflict, and the hiring manager was 15 minutes late without prior notice. The focus was almost entirely on specific domain knowledge, such as healthcare data forms, EDI, and claims data, rather than on analytical skills and overall experience. Communication from recruiters was inconsistent, with conflicting emails about scheduling and no response to my follow-up after the interview. Overall, the process felt disjointed and poorly managed.
Despite being repeatedly informed about the company's high ratings and employee satisfaction, my experience was quite the opposite. This was by far the worst interview process and the most unprofessional hiring manager I've encountered out of over 20 interviews with companies nationwide.
