I had an initial phone interview and was then invited out for an in person interview. They asked me to be there for a pre-interview social and then a four hour long interview later in the week. Everyone I met was very nice and friendly. The main downside for a college student is that they do not help to pay for your travel expenses to the second round interviews if you are out of town. I also had trouble following up. I was supposed to hear back from them when the next Friday with an answer. I did not hear anything so I called to follow up the next Monday, I still did not get an answer. I emailed the following Wednesday and finally received a response the next day, two and a half weeks after when they said they would let me know. Overall, the people are easy to talk to and it seems like they have a good work environment once you get hired, but for me the recruiting process was not positive.
