Sit down meeting at the college campus with job recruiters. They are very hands-off during the interview. They use the interview as more of a way for them to feel you out as a person rather than testing your technical skill.

They are very helpful when giving you company information, teaching you about their company culture, and what you should prepare for before you interview with them. Overall very friendly, helpful, and passionate about what they do.
