Elanco Associate Brand Manager interview questions

Simple process with 5 interviews in total. It’s very obvious this company is a sinking ship with no real leadership and/or direction. In hindsight, I’m thankful these incompetent marketers choose not to hire me. Clearly I was way overqualified for the role, but that doesn’t deserve being ghosted by HR and the Hiring manager. Elanco was always the little cousin that wasn’t any good and now I think it’s actually worse.
