I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Electronic Arts (Bucharest, Bucuresti) in Oct 2014
Interview
First, you get called to a test where you have to submit a bug with your own words, no need to get technical, they only test your English and if you actually can spot some bugs. Pretty easy. After that, you get called to an actual interview with the Training Lead (really nice person, btw) where you are asked some basic questions: why do you want to work here? where did you apply? did someone recommended you this job? what do you know about the company? favorite game (it doesn't have to be EA's)?
Following this second interview, you get a call from HR asking you when you can start (if the Training lead didn't ask you this already) and that's it. With basic English knowledge anyone can work at EA.

Interview
I had a few interviews on zoom about the position, my background and my knowledge of the company. The whole process took from August, when I first aplied trough LinkedIn to November when I had the Job offer.

Interview
Fairly easy, I sent out my CV and got an interview meeting set up. During the interview, there were some easy test, to check my english skills (speech and writing), as well as the ability to spot bugs within games and prioritize them.
