Interview
The entire process was very quick and the process completed within 2 weeks followed by an offer. I applied on the website and my application was picked up from there. The process is quite straightforward -
1. A 45 minute call with the Senior Architect and Director covering a spectrum of topics including JSON, Authentication, Localization/Globalization, HTTP, Collections, Hibernate & JPA, XML, Garbage Collector, Memory Leak, Design Patterns
2. In-person 1 hour round with senior architect and director covering topics such as garbage collection and memory management, streams and lambda expressions, unit tests, collections API
3. Final in-person round of around 30 minutes with VP, Application Development

Contact by recruitment agency . After clearing phone interview there was onsite interview at Mississuaga office.Its straight forward process and people are very genuine.They need a lead type person as mostly development is done at offshore.
