I applied online 06/05/2017, received email with the assessment 06/06/2017, received email for a phone interview 06/07/2017, received email for a face to face interview 06/12/2017, had the interview on 06/15/2017, received a call with an offer 06/20/2017. The process took 3 weeks.
During the phone interview they go through your resume to confirm the information. The lady asked 2 behavioral questions. The face to face interview is about 45 minutes long. The lady asked about 10 behavioral questions. They all were very nice and laid back.

The first interview was a recorded Q&A. You had 3 tries to get the recorded response you wanted. The second interview was a 30 minute interview on Microsoft Teams. The manager was polite, personable, and the interview was casual.

Interview was good , they asks lots of questions just answer them with confidence I say . Questions can get a little tricky in the interview but you can do it
