I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Elevance Health (Las Vegas, NV) in Apr 2018
Interview
I was interviewed twice: once on April 17th for Customer Service Rep I, a second time for Customer Service Rep I/II/III. Both interviews featured similar questions: tell me about a time you assisted an irate customer, what would you bring to the team, would you be comfortable in a call center setting? Both interviews were held by two managers at the Maryland location, the first two managers cheerful and talkative, the other pair poker-faced. Most of the interviews featured the managers describing the position, benefits and scheduling.
Was told to wait 2-3 weeks for a response regarding my status following the second interview. Going on week four, still waiting.
Contacted Candidate Care about process; delays in construction are causing a major slow down in start times/dates.

Behavioral question, all based around being an account manager. If you don't have experience and looking to pivot this might not be for you. They want you to have previous account manager experience.

Typical question/answer to work situations/experience. Why good fit? Why left last work? Etc. Know company history. Be prepared for any testing. Explain what you could do to improve any processes.
Seamless, straight forward and easy to navigate the process. I appreciated the texts emails and automated process.
Did not enjoy the talent coordinator not responding to questions about the job.
