The interview didn't take long and there were minimal questions. I was told to be looking for the official offer from HR and was congratulated for being selected. However, a week later, I get an email saying I didn't qualify and didn't get it.

My recruiter set up the interview. He said they usually have feedback the following day. The feedback never happened, in fact he ghosted me for the rest of the week only responding on Monday that I didn't get the position.

Terrible Recruitment process. The recruiter sends me an email 15 minutes before our screening call asking me if I will take a less than salary range, vs what was advertised. I'm a Senior PM with over 10 years of experience. The salary is already low and they tried their best to make it lower. You will not keep good talent this way and the recruiter was terrible.. she did the same thing twice on two different roles. Leaves a bad impression of the company.
