It was a weird interview. It felt like they already had someone and wanted to get through this interview. The hiring manager didn't ask me anything about my experience/work history or any interview questions other than "tell me about yourself". I had to ask about the role as they really didn't describe it much. No mock coaching session. It was strange.

Interview was 1.5 hours! Was talked at the whole time and no opportunity to ask questions for clarification until the very end. Repeated some of my answers "for understanding" in a condescending tone my saying what I meant to say, but I was very clear on what I asked or said. It seemed like she just didn't like the answers. One of them turned off their camera the whole time, and they claimed that it was for bandwidth, which made no sense because it was only 3 people all in different locations. They also had me do a mock coaching session with little information. They don't have actual programs so you are fishing the whole time. As a certified health coach, this would be considered a real coaching program or an effective one on a federal level or that would be approved by the NBC-HWC. Decided these were not the type of managers or work environment I would want to work for or with - withdrew my application.
